Our Navigation Services
VA Healthcare Navigation
We help veterans understand healthcare processes, prepare for appointments, organize information, identify next steps, and navigate referrals and available support.
Benefits Navigation
We help veterans better understand VA disability processes, terminology, documentation needs, and next steps. When accredited representation is needed, we connect veterans with appropriate accredited Veteran Service Officers or other qualified resources.
Resource Navigation
We help veterans identify and connect with appropriate community resources for needs such as housing, transportation, food, employment, technology, and other practical barriers.
Reboot for Resilience
Reboot for Resilience helps veterans access donated technology for education, employment, telehealth, communication, and everyday digital access.
How We Work
Listen and Assess
We start by listening — understanding where the veteran is, what they are facing, and what matters most to them right now.
Identify the Next Step
We work with the veteran to identify the most practical next step — not an overwhelming plan, just the clearest path forward from where they stand.
Stay Alongside the Veteran
We stay engaged. Whether that means following up, connecting to additional resources, or simply being available, we do not hand off and disappear.
Clear Boundaries
We are transparent about what we do and what we do not do, so veterans always know what to expect.
What We Do

- Provide legal advice or legal representation
- Provide VA claims representation (we refer to accredited VSOs)
